Les demandes courantes pr\u00e9alables \u00e0 l\u2019audience comprennent\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une demande pour que l\u2019audience ait lieu en dehors de Yellowknife;<\/li>\n<li>Une demande pour qu\u2019un t\u00e9moin d\u00e9pose sous serment par affidavit, t\u00e9l\u00e9conf\u00e9rence ou vid\u00e9oconf\u00e9rence;<\/li>\n<li>Une demande pour obtenir la divulgation et la pr\u00e9sentation de documents et de registres.<br \/>\nPour pr\u00e9senter une demande pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 l\u2019audience, le demandeur doit remplir le formulaire\u00a0D, Avis de requ\u00eate, sans indiquer la date de l\u2019audience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Une copie du formulaire rempli doit \u00eatre envoy\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019adjoint administratif du tribunal d\u2019arbitrage, ainsi que les dates et heures de disponibilit\u00e9 du demandeur pour l\u2019audition de la demande (habituellement dans les 30\u00a0jours).<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019adjoint administratif fixera une date pour pr\u00e9senter la demande devant un arbitre.
