La Loi sur les droits de la personne d\u00e9finit les parties d\u2019un appel comme la personne \u00e0 l\u2019origine de la plainte (le \u00ab\u00a0plaignant\u00a0\u00bb), toute personne ou organisation dont la conduite fait l\u2019objet de la plainte (l\u2019\u00ab\u00a0intim\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb) et le directeur aux droits de la personne.<\/p>\n

Selon la Loi, les parties d\u2019un renvoi sont le plaignant et l\u2019intim\u00e9. La Commission des droits de la personne peut \u00e9galement d\u00e9cider de se porter partie d\u2019une audience en renvoi en informant les autres parties de sa d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n
