Le syst\u00e8me des droits de la personne cherche plut\u00f4t \u00e0 restaurer les relations ainsi que la dignit\u00e9 et l\u2019estime de soi des personnes concern\u00e9es, et \u00e0 favoriser des communaut\u00e9s qui accordent de la valeur aux droits de la personne. Cette approche vise avant tout \u00e0 ce que toutes les personnes concern\u00e9es aient l\u2019occasion de se faire entendre, de comprendre les motifs de la d\u00e9cision et de tirer de l\u2019arbitrage une vision claire de la suite des choses.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Cela ne signifie pas que les arbitres, en appliquant les crit\u00e8res juridiques pertinents et en s\u2019appuyant sur une prise de d\u00e9cisions fond\u00e9e sur les principes, h\u00e9siteront \u00e0 diriger les audiences et \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions difficiles; cela signifie plut\u00f4t que les sujets ou questions de grande importance pour les participants ne resteront pas sans r\u00e9ponses. La possibilit\u00e9 pour les participants d\u2019aborder ces questions sera int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape des proc\u00e9dures du Tribunal.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Il s\u2019agira tout de m\u00eame de d\u00e9cisions d\u00e9coulant des droits de la personne.
